HOW TO MAINTAIN A HAPPY RELATIONSHIP

Unfortunate for us, we were never given a manual on how to achieve and sustain a happy relationship and still maintain our own happiness at the same time. It is ironic that we are given manuals that instruct us on how to operate things that we buy or use but we were never given an instruction booklet and/or manual that would teach us how to be happy or instruct us on how to handle a relationship.

Instead, we as a society blindly walk through life pretending that we are happy when in fact, we have no clue what the word “happiness” really means to us or even how it applies to us if we are in a relationship.

If you are in a relationship, it is important to understand that being unhappy or suffering from a relationship gone bad is not a “problem”, but rather a situation that needs to be analyzed and a plan implemented to resolve it. This is where we come in. We are here to give you the tools and techniques you will need to understand what makes a relationship work and what doesn’t.

Isn’t it time that you understood your own life and had the techniques and tools to become realistically happy with yourself? Aren’t you tired of not understanding your relationships and wondering why they may be doomed?

We are here to give you the tools and techniques to help you enhance your life through a new found understanding of your own happiness. Once this is accomplished, others will wonder why you have new found confidence and why you are able to sustain a consistent threshold of happiness no matter what you do. You will definitely be envied by all.

MASTER YOUR HAPPINESS THROUGH CONSCIOUS AWARENESS

Happiness is a state of mind and it is a choice that only you can make.  You don’t need to listen to family, friends, co-workers, government, your community and/or anyone else to realize your own happiness.  In fact, once you stop listening to others and implement the tools we give you, you will instantly come to realize that the real reason for your unhappiness and/or bad relationship(s) is your lack of understanding of who you are and the fact that you have been listening to everyone else instead of yourself to make yourself happy.

Remember this, others have no clue who you are or what you are all about, so it stands to reason that they shouldn’t be telling you what to do with your life.  After all, who knows better what makes you happy, other than you?

Mastering your own happiness is easy once you have the right tools and information that will make you consciously aware of yourself and your surroundings.  You can no longer go through life not giving any conscious thought to who you are and what makes you happy.  Once you have mastered this easy to use common sense technique, you will be well on your way to achieving your happiness and/or relationship goals.

THE CONSCIOUS AWARENESS THOUGHT PROCESS

Want to test your conscious awareness of your happiness? Below are a few questions you need to ask yourself to get the conscious awareness process working for you. The questions are easy so don’t panic. Just like anything else in life, it takes a little practice to become consciously aware of who you are, but the results are refreshing and life changing.

Conscious awareness questions:

  1. Name three things in your life that make you happy. (You have 30 seconds to identify them)
  2. What about these three things make you happy? (you have 45 seconds to rationalize why you think they make you happy)
  3. Are you voluntarily doing these things without any outside influence? Yes or No
  4. How important are these three things in your life? (Use 1-10 scale; 1=least 10=most
  5. How much time do you spend on these things? (use 1-10 scale)
  6. What three things do you desire to do in life that you are not doing?
  7. Why are you not doing these things?
  8. Are you being influenced by others not to do these things?
  9. If your answer to no. 8 is yes, do you always allow others to make decisions for you? Yes No.
  10. Finally, if the above things you identified make you happy, is it based on a realistic understanding of what happiness is and/or should be or is it based on an unreasonable expectation of what you believe happiness should be?
These are just a few of the conscious awareness tools you need to make yourself realistically happy. There is much more to think about but these few questions will get you started on thinking about how to be happy and/or how to make a relationship realistically happy.
